Have you noticed how some people prefer to take walks during their lunch breaks? It is not so much as to burn calories but to relieve stress as well. Walking can be a very good way to release stress acquired while working in a cramped cubicle. Its also another way for you to enjoy the company of other people who are also taking walks. You can have your spouse, a friend, or even your canine friend take walks with you. However, if you are going to take your outings with other people, you might want to choose a schedule that is convenient for both of you.
