For instance, you can only get a pay per seat per month pricing package if you have at least ten to fifteen people attending your conference every month.
Besides the two pricing models mentioned above, web conferencing companies may also charge you differently. They may offer you the service in the form of a licensed software package. To use, you will need to register with the web conferencing companies who will be responsible for hosting the web server on which you will be conducting your online meetings.
